MS and SS Storage Tanks

Capacity Range:

• From 1000L to 8000L

Design Options:

• Horizontal or Vertical orientation, based on site constraints.

Operating Pressure:

• 1 bar to 10 bar, depending on the wall thickness of the tank. The pressure can be designed based on the shell and dish thickness.

Corrosion Protection:

• Mild Steel Tanks are coated internally with:
  • 2 coats of Primer
  • 2 coats of Epoxy Paint

Insulation:

• 100mm Rockwool insulation for effective heat retention.
• 22 SWG Grade Aluminum Cladding applied externally to protect insulation and reduce heat loss.

Additional Notes:

• The design and fabrication of the tanks are customized to meet specific customer requirements and site conditions.
• The choice of material and coating ensures durability and long-term performance under various operating conditions.
